About The Position
The position involves leadership and management of digital product and custom technology platforms. The candidate will lead and mentor a large team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. The role also includes overseeing vendor management to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. Additionally, the candidate will conduct technical reviews, provide guidance on technology and process decisions, and stay updated with the latest industry trends to drive innovation within the team. The position requires strong hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in programming languages such as Java, React, or Node.js, and working knowledge of product suites like Salesforce, SAP, or MS Dynamics. Effective communication of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential, as is facilitating cross-functional collaboration for seamless integration of digital products and technologies. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing the digital engineering budget, monitoring costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to optimize resource utilization.
