We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Manager to join our Global MarTech & Brand Technology team. A day in the life of a Senior Technology Manager revolves around balancing strategic leadership with hands-on oversight. The morning often begins by reviewing the MarTech data platform roadmap and aligning priorities with broader business objectives. Next comes leading and mentoring a high-performing team-providing guidance on best practices, onboarding new talent, and ensuring operational excellence. Throughout the day, you'll act as the central liaison between cross-functional teams like Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and TechOps, driving collaboration and resolving platform-related challenges. You'll monitor performance, security, and cost metrics while planning upgrades and migrations to maintain reliability. Innovation is key-evaluating emerging technologies and introducing new features to enhance scalability and efficiency. By the end of the day, you've ensured the platform remains robust, future-ready, and aligned with the company's vision.
