We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead the Capital Market Derivatives Technology team, driving modernization and global delivery of solutions that support our business needs. This role manages all technology aspects within the assigned portfolio, develops technology strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders, and mitigates risk through cost-effective solutions and efficient operations. You will oversee a team of specialized software engineers, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across in-house and vendor platforms, and ensure compliance and operational risk controls. Role Overview The Senior Technology Manager role sits within the enterprise technology organization and serves as the senior capital markets derivatives technology leader responsible for the sales and trading technology platforms, architecture, and delivery. The role shapes the technology strategy and execution for trading, risk, and post-trade systems. The role requires significant experience managing complex vendor ecosystems, including product partnerships, systems architecture design, and maintaining quality relationships with market technology providers at Nasdaq (Calypso) and Ion Trading (Spectrum). You will lead a small team of implementation specialists delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions across both in‑house and vendor platforms while ensuring strong operational controls, platform resilience, and adherence to regulatory and risk expectations.
