Our Management & Technology Consulting (MTC) team helps utilities and public agencies solve complex challenges at the intersection of data, technology, and operations. We deliver modern solutions through a mix of asset management, GIS, application development, cloud platforms, data engineering, and operational consulting. We're a fast-growing, multidisciplinary team that partners with clients to reimagine how they plan, operate, and improve critical infrastructure. Your Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to join our Management & Technology Consulting team. • Assist with project scoping, client presentations, and technical proposal development.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with the ability to develop both data services and interactive applications.
  • Strong experience working with the Esri platform, including ArcGIS Online, Survey123, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Utility Network.
  • Knowledge of web-based application architecture, API integrations, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and geospatial data modeling.
  • Experience developing integrated solutions that connect enterprise systems, field data collection, and GIS applications.
  • Ability to configure and enhance GIS based CMMS or EAM systems such as Cityworks, Cartegraph, or Lucity.
  • Consulting experience with utilities, local governments, or public infrastructure agencies.
  • Understanding of digital transformation frameworks, including how to align process, people, and platforms.
  • Experience supporting organizational modernization through digital strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technology implementation.
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, ISO 55000 principles, and performance-based decision-making.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or discovery sessions with clients to understand needs and co-develop strategic solutions.
  • Strategic and technical - You can see the big picture while diving deep into technical details to build practical solutions.
  • Versatile and adaptable - You're comfortable moving between back-end data modeling, front-end interface design, and client-facing consulting.
  • Client-focused - You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and deliver value through both insight and execution.
  • Collaborative - You enjoy working with others and believe the best outcomes come from combining diverse perspectives.
  • Proactive - You take ownership of your work, identify opportunities, and help move both client and internal goals forward.
