About The Position

This position will support the Tolls Data Center (TDC) Manager by overseeing project delivery, contract management, and ensuring proper documentation, communication, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. It involves maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assisting in implementing IT governance policies, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating projects to optimize operations and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the team develops and maintains a project delivery and contract management structure with the appropriate document control process, project status and overview as well as planning.
  • Assist in the coordination and efficient collaboration within the different teams in the TDC team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Identify other stakeholders outside the Tolls Data center team and ensure appropriate and structured communication and documentation exchange is established.
  • Oversee and ensure all TDC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and properly documented within designated systems. Assist in the development and implementation of IT (Information Technology) governance policies and standards.
  • Ensures best practices are captured and properly and consistently implemented throughout the different teams within the TDC group. Coordinates and oversees activities of the TDC information systems staff to ensure continuity of operations, maximization of investment and increased productivity. Reviews daily operations of support units and coordinates project activities through assigned project manager.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and update of comprehensive TDC performance metrics targeting daily operations overview, management visibility and strategic and decision-making reporting needs. Including the development and oversight of TDC projects and initiatives status reports.
  • Provides assistance and is familiar with budget development, monitoring and adjustments ensuring adherence to department goals.
  • Serves as the liaison for the different business units within TDC to ensure consistent processes, best practices, documentation and reporting are developed and maintained. Assist in the identification of operational risks and assist in the development of the appropriate contingencies.
  • Serves in times of emergency to support state response efforts and ensuring continuity of operations.
