Who You Are Versatile & Adaptive: You're equally comfortable writing stored procedures, debugging C# code, or discussing infrastructure architecture Self-Directed: You see what needs to be done and make it happen Technical Depth: You don't just know how to use tools, you understand how they work Collaborative Leader: You can work independently and lead initiatives while being a strong team player Growth-Oriented: You're excited by the opportunity to grow with a PE-backed company
