Job Description: The primary function is to perform procedures involved with assembly of microelectronics using advanced die attach and wire bonding equipment. Work in a team environment to achieve company shipping goals.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years relevant work experience.
  • Any combination of education, training and experience listed above that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Technical, vocational training preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and practical skills are required.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).
  • Travel Time: 0% - 25%
  • Carrying, Feeling, Handling, Hearing, Reaching, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others
  • 70% sitting, 15% standing, 15% walking

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment setup and operation of Die Attach on highly complex products using advanced die attach equipment.
  • Perform equipment setup and operation of Wire Bonding on highly complex products using advanced wire bond equipment.
  • Perform equipment setup and operation of wire bond pull on highly complex products using advanced wire bond pull test equipment.
  • Cross training on other job functions as required.
  • Coordinate work assignments with supervisors to meet department schedules.
