About The Position

As a Senior Technical Writer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow. You'll support the Cloud and Production Engineering teams in documenting highly technical, internal-facing systems. The primary goal is to standardize our information architecture and create high-quality technical content for a developer audience. You will be responsible for transforming complex engineering contexts into clear, concise, and findable documentation that covers infrastructure, onboarding, and troubleshooting. This project requires a writer who can work independently to navigate limited SME availability and collaborate directly with senior engineering leadership, including Directors and Lead Software Engineers. The company provides cloud-based solutions that enable organizations to prepare, sign, manage, and store agreements digitally. Its platform helps streamline contract workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure secure, legally compliant transactions. The solutions are widely used across industries to replace manual, paper-based processes.
