This is an ONSITE position and can be based out of our Salt Lake City, UT or San Jose, CA location. You will complete publications and document control-based activities in support of several organizations including Security, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Digital Technology.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including skills in creating templates, applying header/footer markings, and managing advanced document properties.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Pro Suite or KofaxPower PDF

Responsibilities

  • Oversee SharePoint and Document Center administration, including the archival process for the corporate Business Process Library.
  • Provide support to all teams regarding document markings (e.g., EXIM compliance), including facilitating template creation, verification, and reviews.
  • Manage, control, and provide support for internal portals to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for documentation and records archival related to activities such as company-led training sessions.
