About The Position

This is a full-time hybrid (3 days a week in office) position located at a UL Office. Perform Project Manager role in large scale global technical training activities, work across levels and functions to develop and manage training plans, budgets, internal or 3rd party vendors, business partners and requestors in order to meet the organizations and customer technical training needs. Lead and mentor a team of training managers, leads and/or specialists. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective training delivery. Engage with the team to build trust and support staff’s career development. Supervisor the team and responsible for the technical program designs and delivery by assessing the internal employee or customer need. Implementing the program and evaluate results. Conducts ongoing meetings with business and requestors on demand forecast, resources and budget planning, strategic alignment and compliance requirements. Evaluate and conduct continuous improvement in process. Look for advanced training tools and technology to improve training quality, for ongoing sustainability and better efficiency. Manage budget for the team, ensure cost-effective use of resources. Ensure training programs comply with relevant accreditation and standards, if applicable. Track and update key performance indicators to measure the success of training programs and related business results. Identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR and responsible for Technical Training related activity and utilization of a Global Learning Management System (or be the sole owner of the Knowledge Solutions Learning Management System for customer facing training) Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices Perform other duties as directed.
