About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Trainer, with expertise in electrical systems, top drive systems, automated catwalks, wrenches, and/or integrated rig control systems, to join our team in the oil and gas industry. This role is responsible for delivering both classroom and hands-on training to field technicians, engineers, and other personnel to enhance their technical capabilities and operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, especially in integrated rig technologies, and will be passionate about knowledge transfer and continuous learning. Note: This is not a field-based position.

Requirements

• Expertise in electrical systems, top drive systems, automated catwalks, and integrated rig control systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in delivering training in a technical environment.
