Michael Baker International is growing, and we are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner for our corporate Talent Acquisition team! This role is designed for a highly motivated, driven in‑house/corporate recruiter with deep recruiting knowledge and expertise in the tech space and a strong ability to partner consultatively with technical and business leaders within a complex, fast paced organization. The ideal candidate will bring seven (7) or more years of hands‑on technical recruiting experience as part of a corporate/in house recruiting team on a variety of current and emerging technologies and roles, and will have a demonstrated ability to source, attract, evaluate, and close highly qualified technical talent across multiple technology disciplines. This is not an agency‑style recruiting role. Success in this position requires strong and consistent hiring stakeholder partnership and communication, credibility with technical leaders and hiring stakeholders, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes through market insight and data. It also requires a self‑starter mindset, the ability to effectively manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously, and a disciplined focus on data integrity—ensuring requisition health, accuracy, and compliance are consistently maintained within the applicant tracking system.
