About The Position

As a Senior Technical Supervisor you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by leading and supervising a team of manufacturing engineers, leading cross-functional and cross-site collaboration to develop and manage capacity attainment plans and value stream improvement plans to safely deliver quality and service to our customers. You will ensure that engineering deliverables are aligned with the goals and timelines of the plant and supported divisions, qualify, develop and support new product introductions, and develop the technical abilities of the manufacturing engineering team. Additionally, you will lead and continually develop self and others at multiple levels of the organization through supervision, providing recognition, policy administration, continuous coaching for improvement and participation in hiring processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners such as process engineering, quality, plant engineering and resident engineering, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and provide technical product support to Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Engineering and/or Science discipline.
• Seven (7) years combined years of engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Two (2) years of experience leading and coaching continuous improvement projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supervising engineers in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively use statistics in analyzing process data.
