Job Description: Responsible for developing embedded flash memory technology, including process integration, device optimization, design rule scaling, failure analysis, and yield improvement. Manages technical projects with cross-functional teams to achieve process setup, test chip tape out, silicon validation, yield demonstration, and reliability qualification within tight deadlines. Interfaces with foundries, IDMs, and design houses.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge on advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BS with MS or PhD degree preferred in E.E. or related engineering major, with at least 15+ years of semiconductor process integration experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Non-volatile memory technology development experience highly desirable.
• Flash memory array characterization experience will be plus.
• TCAD, PDK, circuit design, layout, device/product characterization, reliability, and qualification knowledge highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifunctional, and multi-time-zone teams.

• The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $91,000-$232,000.
