The Senior Tech Service Coordinator must be able to fully utilize the Quadrel® mix management software system to prepare and submit concrete mixture certifications that comply with the project specifications for review by Engineers and Architects. The Senior Tech Service Coordinator will interface with multiple departments to communicate concrete mix design and material requirements for projects. The position will administer the process of creating mix designs and pushing them to all systems necessary. Ensure all mixes are sent to NABS to create in SAP, sent to sales to create list price, create mix design in Quadrel, push mix design to command, and then to the batch panel. The position must be able to manage concrete performance data in coordination with submittal packages. The position must have the ability to identify critical issues and ascertain when to notify Senior managers of potentially significant issues. The position also requires a thorough knowledge of concrete and concrete materials and the ability to manage sourcing and material cost data. The Senior Tech Service Coordinator will be responsible to train and manage the Tech Service Coordinator position.
