About The Position
We are excited to bring on a Senior Technical Recruiter to our Talent & Employee Experience organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for various business divisions across Lincoln. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive strategic decision through talent mapping and market insights.
