About The Position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping us build world-class technology teams with high-performance infrastructure, and trading platforms powering our strategies. You will partner directly with traders, senior engineers, and leadership to identify exceptional talent and compete for candidates in one of the most demanding and competitive hiring markets in technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within proprietary trading, quantitative finance, hedge funds, or performance-driven technology environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for highly technical roles, particularly within systems engineering, infrastructure, or performance-critical environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence candidates and partner effectively with engineers, traders, and executives.
  • Strong sourcing and research capabilities using LinkedIn, technical networks, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Proven ability to move quickly and operate with urgency while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience.
  • Professional presence and confidence interacting with senior leadership and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with trading, infrastructure, and engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities and translate them into targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from role definition through offer negotiation and onboarding, maintaining momentum and clear communication at every stage.
  • Proactively source and build relationships with passive technical talent through research, networking, and technical communities.
  • Maintain a high-velocity recruiting pipeline, balancing speed with candidate quality in a highly competitive market.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the process.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions with senior stakeholders to drive thoughtful and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Track pipeline activity and recruiting metrics within Greenhouse, ensuring strong data integrity and process organization.

  • Base salary range: $100 – 140k + discretionary bonus potential based on performance. Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
