Overview We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us build an exceptional engineering organization at Mesh. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll be a core partner to engineering leadership, shaping how we hire, what great looks like, and how we consistently raise the bar as we scale. You’ll operate as both a builder and operator: owning full-cycle recruiting while evolving our hiring philosophy, strengthening calibration, and leveling up how we assess and close top talent. You’ll work side-by-side with engineers and hiring managers, earning trust and bringing a clear point of view on talent, quality, and long-term impact. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about craft in recruiting—from sourcing to closing to candidate experience—and who is energized by the opportunity to build systems, not just run them. You’ll help define how we seek, attract, and win exceptional engineering talent, ensuring we’re building teams that will scale with the company.
