  • Own end-to-end recruiting for highly technical engineering roles, with a primary focus on Staff level full-stack product engineers.
  • Build candidate pipelines purely from outbound sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to define hiring strategies and role requirements, delivering consistently high-quality talent.
  • Design and execute outbound sourcing campaigns using data-driven and proven sourcing methodologies.
  • Build, scale, and evolve talent brand initiatives that attract and engage top-tier technical talent.
  • Monitor pipeline health, candidate experience, and recruiting performance metrics; continuously optimize processes and outcomes.
  • 5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring senior level full-stack software engineers.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven ability to partner directly with technical and engineering leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and an established network within elite engineering talent communities.
  • Strategic and operational mindset, with experience building scalable systems, playbooks, and processes in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable embedding within engineering teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
