Coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Demonstrate proactivity, team ethics, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. 5-10 years of experience recruiting within a global semiconductor environment. Proven ability to build rapport and interact with key stakeholders, as well as internal and external partners. Strong data-driven capability, including the ability to use appropriate metrics to influence and drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment that requires innovation and adaptability to a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in electronics manufacturing, storage, or memory. Experience recruiting corporate senior technical leadership, including in-house sourcing and selection as well as third-party vendor management.
