About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in building out our next-generation AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) Data Centers. In this strategic position, you will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to develop and execute hiring strategies that support complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across engineering, construction, product development, land acquisition, and critical operations. Your expertise in recruiting for specialized technical roles and your ability to influence hiring strategies will be key to shaping our Data Center division's future.
