About The Position

As a key member of Onebrief’s recruiting team, you will play a critical role in finding, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent. You will partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to shape our hiring strategy, create an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale our company during a period of rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with a track record of closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting a range of software engineering and other technical teams.
  • Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes.
  • Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key infrastructure, security, and engineering roles, including but not limited to software engineers, AI/ML engineers, site reliability engineers, infrastructure engineers, and other technical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business’ talent requirements, partnering with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and positive engagement.
  • Use our ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness, taking a data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies within the broader tech ecosystem to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates to create a pipeline for future hiring needs.
