About The Position

This is a high-impact role responsible for hiring the technical talent that fuels Virtasant’s growth. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake to close — while building trust with senior stakeholders and candidates across the globe. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering hard-to-find technical hires at pace, while also shaping the recruitment function with data-driven insights and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven success recruiting senior technical talent.
• Experience with global sourcing and managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level.
• Track record of working successfully in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Self-starter with ambition — hungry to grow your career and expand your impact.

Nice To Haves

• Experience collaborating with recruitment marketing.
• Knowledge of ATS optimization and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Familiarity with hiring across regions such as LATAM, Eastern Europe, and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
• Source and attract top global talent for technical roles across engineering, cloud, and data.
• Manage candidates through the entire process — from first outreach to signed offer.
• Collaborate with the recruitment marketing lead to design and run global campaigns.
• Use data and metrics to track performance, improve efficiency, and inform decision-making.
• Contribute to the recruitment team culture — sharing insights, supporting peers, and thriving in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
