Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to focus on hiring for our software engineering team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, working closely with the VP of Software and engineering managers. You'll play a key role in helping us scale our engineering organization by identifying, engaging, and closing top talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in software engineering and adjacent domains
Partner directly with the VP of Software and hiring managers to define needs, craft job descriptions, and calibrate candidate profiles
Proactively source top-tier engineering talent through outbound outreach, networking, and events
Drive a world-class candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
Optimize interview processes, scorecards, and tools for efficiency and consistency
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and HR to scale recruiting systems and infrastructure
Contribute to employer branding initiatives across engineering channels and communities
