Lead and manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of service product initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders outside the SBU team. Establish and maintain clear program milestones, ensuring accountability and progress tracking. Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the central point of contact for program status, escalating issues and driving resolution. Evaluate delays to determine root causes—capacity vs. capability—and take corrective action. Influence and energize teams without direct authority; foster a culture of ownership and execution. Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, translating technical progress into business impact. Create structure in ambiguous environments and ensure alignment across all program phases. Support candidate screening and onboarding for related roles as needed.
