  • Experience in executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking.
  • Experience in advanced risk mitigation and change management strategies.
  • Experience with Financial Applications: SAP or Oracle.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Experience navigating organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes.
  • PMP and/or CSM certification.
