About The Position

Hi, we’re Manyone. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager in a 12 month fixed - term position to lead the planning and delivery of complex spatial experience buildouts across multiple locations and continents. You will coordinate between clients, architects, contractors, AV partners, and our internal design teams to ensure each space is delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong connection to the design intent. We need someone who is technically sharp, committed to team efficiency and project profitability, and ready to go the extra mile to create exceptional customer experiences. You will manage schedules, budgets, production workflows, and documentation across a few active projects. A strong design sensibility is important, along with the ability to make clear production decisions that support the overall experience.

Requirements

  • Six or more years in spatial, architectural, or environmental design project management
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, architectural documentation, and build coordination
  • Ability to read CAD drawings, floorplans, and technical diagrams
  • Experience in managing complex multi partner projects
  • Organized, detail focused, and confident in client communication
  • Familiarity with digital/ physical experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end delivery of multiple spatial buildouts from planning through installation and launch
  • Coordinate communication across architects, contractors, AV partners, and internal teams
  • Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and cross team dependencies
  • Lead regular project check ins and flag risks early
  • Translate design direction into clear technical guidance during production
  • Contribute to operations documentation and SOPs for completed spaces
  • Travel internationally at least three to four times a year
