Projects are a definable portion of a large, sustained forensics technology development program. Directs and supervises support resources (direct hires and subcontractors) in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Manages the technical direction of projects from requirements gathering, analysis and verification through design, implementation, and testing to satisfy business performance objectives. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and analytical guidance to project teams. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutioning for technical problems. Supervises professional and technical personnel performing in many disciplines. Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation. Capable of supervising, managing, supporting and evaluating personnel. Directs and coaches scrum team members using Agile best practices. Removes impediments and fosters an environment for a high-performing team. Promotes cooperation across scrum teams. Leads sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives. Creates sprint summary reports and development sprint plans. Works with stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements and compliance. Assist with decomposing needs and requirements into user-stories, then to developer tasks. Ensures stakeholder requirements are mapped in Jira and metrics are reported. Ensures ISO/IEC and NIST standards and guidance are followed. Leads transformation of applications to cloud platform(s). Leverages Peraton Mission Software Factory (DevSecOps) to continuously develop and deliver software within the client SDLC processes.
