Senior Technical Project Manager, CDI
About The Position
The Senior Technical Project Manager supports the execution of cross functional and external technical launches across the Center for Data and Insights organization. This role requires hands-on coordination across teams and global partners. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to closure. Manage cross-functional project teams including developers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Coordinate resource allocation and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Communicate project status, progress, and risks clearly to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate requirement gathering, scope definition, and change management processes. Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and quality standards through collaboration with technical leads. Manage vendor relationships and contracts where applicable to support project delivery. Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in streaming, entertainment, or content management
- Analytical expertise and change management experience
- Experience with partner relations and content distribution
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Asana, Airtable, Lucidchart, Excel, Google Suite).
- Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with global communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
