Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, data warehouse, data lake, cloud migration, and/or technical analytics implementation projects in a matrixed and offshore environment is required.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including leading and facilitating all Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience in managing Cloud Migration projects preferably AWS to GCP.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills is required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with offshore teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering status reports, executive leadership presentations, steering committee decks, and approach documents as required.
  • Experience working with a project management tool like Microsoft Project, Jira or Clarity is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and associated communication plans/materials.
  • Lead data & analytics development projects which support the organization's objectives and plans.
  • Review the progress of development projects, ensuring that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Facilitate open communication and discussion between project stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders at senior levels and ensure adherence to organizational policy and strategies.
  • Manage the planning of data & analytic projects, including milestone and detailed project plans.
  • Lead project teams in successful project execution including managing scope, change management, resource management, risk management, issue management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with resource managers to solidify and manage resource plans to ensure capacity is available to meet expected project demand.
  • Deliver quality data & analytic solutions that meet the constraints of time, cost and scope.
