May Mobility is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams in solving some of the most challenging problems in autonomous vehicle deployment and operations. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, autonomy, product, operations, and customer teams to manage the technical lifecycle of autonomous vehicle deployments. This includes clarifying ambiguous requirements, prioritizing competing technical tasks, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring detailed and reliable program execution. Technical Project Managers at May Mobility play a critical role in enabling successful site launches and ongoing operational performance. The role focuses on software deployment and operational performance of autonomy systems, rather than hardware deployment. This role requires a TPM who takes strong ownership of complex technical and operational challenges and works hands-on with engineering and operations teams to drive problems to resolution. You will help bridge autonomy software development with real-world deployment, ensuring that new capabilities transition into safe, reliable, and scalable service across May Mobility’s operational sites. This position involves managing the technical deployment of new sites as well as expanding and improving existing operational sites. Responsibilities include analyzing vehicle and software performance metrics, identifying operational issues, and coordinating with autonomy teams to ensure continuous improvement and successful customer outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with occasional travel to operational sites.
