Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility A customer facing Program Management leadership role, ultimately responsible for program leadership, delivery execution excellence, executive level communications and governance, with a focus on delivering a high level of client experience throughout the lifecycle of a program or project. This role is one of the key roles within NCR Atleos Professional Services and requires a combination of qualities that will enable a successful candidate to lead programs, be proactive, set and meet client expectations, to ultimately drive one of the key success factors for NCR Atleos, to achieve corporate objective of better than industry standard for customer Net Promote score. In this exciting leadership role, you will… Lead a program/project with, with duration of 1-2 years and a matrix cross functional team size of 10-25+ Build and maintain relationships with senior executive with our client organizations Report on delivery status to executives and operational stakeholders Developing and maintaining integrated project plans Proactively anticipate issues and risk, and developing for supporting mitigation plans Monitor all development and execution activities across all phases of the project Responsible for driving a governance framework to support communication, risk management and executive dashboard report of the program/project Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization. Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
