About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives across mobile, data, and infrastructure domains.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex programs, and can drive alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will play a critical role in delivering large-scale technical programs from concept through launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technical programs across multiple teams
• Proven experience managing complex software initiatives involving mobile (iOS/Android), data systems, or platform migrations
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured plans and actionable outcomes
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment
• Experience building processes and frameworks in evolving or undefined environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team software programs, including mobile applications, data platforms, and system migrations
• Translate high-level strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and integration points across systems and proactively mitigate issues
• Establish scalable program frameworks, including governance models, release readiness criteria, and rollback strategies
• Implement processes for dependency management, change control, and cross-team communication
• Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner
• Develop go/no-go frameworks and decision records to support high-quality releases
• Partner with engineering leaders to evaluate technical options and drive pragmatic solutions
• Continuously improve program management standards, templates, and tooling
