This is an individual contributor role, but there is no limit to the impact and influence you will bear on a wide swath of technical programs. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Compliance in the Enterprise Tools, Platforms, and Services team, you will be expected to drive clarity amidst complex challenges and ambiguity, operating with autonomy and urgency. You will work across several initiatives, some with rapid changes in direction, so adaptability and agility are essential. Colleagues and stakeholders will look to you for answers and direction in your area and the initiative to foster collective success. You must facilitate alignment among all stakeholders, adding clarity about the strategic direction and rationale behind each initiative. Last but not least, you will apply your developer chops to use AI tools and coding agents for building solutions relevant to the programs you support.
