  • Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery. Accelerate progress by driving crisp, timely decisions.
  • Be the first point of contact for projects. Communicate with confidence 3+ levels up. Be the source of truth for status. Transform raw thoughts into clear and concise communications. Provide right information and associated data about the state of the project to the right audience at the right time. Run effective meetings.

  • Delivers independently but occasionally seek direction from peers/managers. Guide, mentor and coach the team.
  • Optimize previously defined approaches for a team or limited area. Demonstrate improvements using data. Utilize department mechanisms (i.e. retrospectives, staff meetings, status meetings) to describe and drive continuous improvements.
  • Intermediate technical program delivery or project management experience including time developing and testing software. Experience leading development and testing efforts or time spent in software development and testing.
  • Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models using the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
