About The Position

• The Cryptographic Security Team is a dedicated collection of self-organizing, high-performing, interdependent individuals representing different functional roles with all the necessary skills to create the foundational capabilities that application teams develop on top of it. • This position serves as a technical project manager within a team tasked with managing and optimizing the organization's hardware security module (HSM) assets. This role involves coordinating with various teams that perform detailed analyses to support the assessment of HSM assets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in project management, particularly in assets management or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to communicate with mid-senior level management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to compile an inventory of all HSM appliances and clients.
  • Work with HSM consumer team leaders to verify the current usage of HSM appliances.
  • Coordinate with HSM consumer team leaders to assign a point of contact for further assessment of HSM appliances and use cases.
  • Gather detailed use case information from each HSM appliance team and document it thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and procurement, to ensure effective project execution. Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all project information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
