As a Senior Technical Program Manager - you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution for Ford’s electric vehicle future. You will own the delivery of critical transformation initiatives, driving roadmap creation, prioritization, and follow through. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between EVDD innovation and legacy system stability, leading cross-functional teams to build the scalable capabilities necessary for Ford’s next generation of mobility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Proven experience in digital transformation or business transformation projects
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
  • Strong technical program management and planning skills, overseeing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong collaboration skills to integrate cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Jira as a team planning tool

Responsibilities

  • Act as the coordination lead for assigned workstream portfolio, ensuring alignment across internal ADVEV Digital Transformation (ADT) team and dependencies with the broader organization
  • Define quarterly roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
  • Run operating cadences and drive timely decisions with clear escalations
  • Maintain workstream risk register and use it to lead mitigation
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards tracking ADT team delivery
  • Configure project planning tools and ensure data hygiene within the ADT team
  • Align expectations and resolve conflicts with our stakeholders alongside the Business Architect and Organizational Change Management team
  • Define and maintain prioritization frameworks tied to vehicle milestones and business requirements, using this structure to set and justify execution priorities
  • Keep lead TPM informed of progress, key updates, and emerging risks across your portfolio
  • Be a team player—identify gaps and either jump in yourself or champion for the right resources to fill them
  • Support the team's overall success, not just your individual work streams
