The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. This role will be focused on overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of complex technical projects related to the company’s fleetware, platform and data infrastructure efforts. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will help coordinate efforts across product, programs, operations, and software teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient Ops Tooling, platform and data features and upgrades. The TPM will need to deeply understand software and robotic technical systems and processes to identify potential roadblocks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also help develop and implement processes to help the organization streamline and advance initiatives to help cross functional projects.
