In this role, you will be a strategic enabler of product outcomes, bridging the gap between strategy and execution across various teams. Accountabilities Enable product outcomes by partnering with Product and Engineering Leads to create execution plans. Orchestrate multi-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities. Drive clarity and remove ambiguity by connecting business intent to execution signals. Utilize AI-driven analytics to identify risks and generate proactive recommendations. Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms balancing autonomy with alignment. Facilitate alignment between senior stakeholders to enhance decision-making and accountability. Contribute to evolving tools, processes, and frameworks for execution at scale. Maintain a strong understanding of applied AI concepts to support analysis and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience leading complex software programs.
3+ years managing multi-team initiatives across product and platform.
Proficient with program execution and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Technical fluency in modern software systems and ability to engage in technical discussions.
Experience using metrics to enhance predictability and drive outcomes.
Data-driven mindset for tracking program health and decision-making.
Excellent communication skills tailored for different audience levels.
