As a Technical Program Manager working on our Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) team, you will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other functional and program teams to organize, direct, and lead the development and deployment activities of one of our novel systems. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your program management skills to plan and lead technical development programs and deliver the best outcome for Anduril and the customer. Developing and deploying our ISR capabilities requires thorough understanding of mission requirements, thoughtful orchestration of internal technical teams, and meticulous planning in the face of ambiguity. Your ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple departments and disciplines will be key to driving our projects to completion on time and within budget.

  • Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team.
  • Work with technical leads to develop the right technical solution and own the schedule and roadmap for success.
  • Engage with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and represent them in discussions with Anduril engineers.
  • Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when necessary.
  • Collaborate with nearly every internal Anduril team including engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, and technical operations.
  • Possess strong story-telling skills to tailor narratives across different audiences.
  • Operationally deploy and deliver successful events from demonstrations to full site deployments.
  • Remove obstacles to drive clarity and progress, manage issue escalations, and support teams balancing competing priorities.
  • 5+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Recent experience managing DoD programs.
  • Operational background working with technically advanced systems requiring an understanding of complex software and hardware products.
  • Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical/programmatic reports to key leadership and the customer.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail and focus on customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify emerging trends and adapt product strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated experience working with both internal and external stakeholders across various technical domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and simplify complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
