GEICO is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager from the financial services industry with a passion for working on complex Finance Technology programs across multiple departments and teams. You will be the key to driving teams of engineers with a deep focus on delivering enterprise-wide products. You will help drive our insurance business transformation as we transition from a traditional IT model to a Tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission, while co-creating the culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement. This Sr. Technical Program Manager is a key member of the Financial Technology organization working across the organization planning, prioritizing, and leading implementations within the Finance Technology domain. You will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels to ensure timely delivery of impactful projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in applying project management skills for implementing Workday Financials and Spend Management with extensive knowledge of cooperate finance in the Financial Services Industry domain. Experience in the Insurance Industry a plus.
