About The Position

The Prospective Group (TPG) is searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) who shall provide day-to-day oversight of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel, and IT and cybersecurity program support services. Requirements

  • Active DOD security clearance required.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of similar in size and complexity to this requirement.
  • Possess one of the following certifications: Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) CISSP-Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (CISSP-ISSEP) CISSP-Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP)

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or a related field.
  • Possess a current PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in leading projects involving compliance with the DoD CC SRG and the DoD RMF (e.g., DoDI 8510.01).
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in Change Management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines, such as AGILE, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
