About The Position

Gaming Devices Ecosystem (GDE) team is the heartbeat of Xbox hardware innovation-where engineering excellence meets gamer obsession. This dynamic team designs and delivers the physical experiences that connect players to the Xbox universe, from flagship consoles like Xbox Series X|S, to cutting-edge accessories, controllers, and cloud gaming infrastructure.   We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead silicon system integration programs across hardware, software, and validation teams. You'll drive execution from pre-silicon planning through post-silicon validation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as silicon manufacturers, OEM to deliver high-impact product solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in custom/roadmap SoC architecture planning, pre/post silicon validation test planning, silicon bring-up activities on evaluation/product boards, and firmware integration.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical program management within hardware development, software/firmware integration or silicon engineering domains.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Deep understanding of silicon vertical integration across CPU, GPU, Memory, Storage, Operation System, and platforms software/firmware integration workflow in post-silicon validation.
  • Familiarity of SoC system software architecture, design and development for SoC hardware.
  • Experience with silicon bring-up, emulation, and validation tools.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, resource planning, and budget tracking.
  • Knowledge of thermal simulation, substrate design, and signal integrity considerations.
  • Proficiency in communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Possess executive presence, ability to influence leadership, and maintain grace under pressure.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.     

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of silicon integration programs across multiple SoC platforms.
  • Align cross-functional teams on architecture, emulation, validation, and system goals.
  • Manage internal and external partners' deliverables, dependencies, and technical forums.
  • Represent the organization in forums with Silicon suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams. 
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architecture leads, execution managers, and validation owners.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage execution.
