About The Position

Gaming Devices Ecosystem (GDE) team is the heartbeat of Xbox hardware innovation—where engineering excellence meets gamer obsession. This dynamic team designs and delivers the physical experiences that connect players to the Xbox universe, from flagship consoles like Xbox Series X|S, to cutting-edge accessories, controllers, and cloud gaming infrastructure. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead silicon system integration programs across hardware, software, and validation teams. You’ll drive execution from pre-silicon planning through post-silicon validation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as silicon manufacturers, OEM to deliver high-impact product solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 4+ years of experience in custom/roadmap SoC architecture planning, pre/post silicon validation test planning, silicon bring-up activities on evaluation/product boards, and firmware integration.
• 4+ years of experience in technical program management within hardware development, software/firmware integration or silicon engineering domains.

Nice To Haves

• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Deep understanding of silicon vertical integration across CPU, GPU, Memory, Storage, Operation System, and platforms software/firmware integration workflow in post-silicon validation.
• Familiarity of SoC system software architecture, design and development for SoC hardware.
• Experience with silicon bring-up, emulation, and validation tools.
• Experience with contract negotiation, resource planning, and budget tracking.
• Knowledge of thermal simulation, substrate design, and signal integrity considerations.
• Proficiency in communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
• Possess executive presence, ability to influence leadership, and maintain grace under pressure.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• - Lead end-to-end delivery of silicon integration programs across multiple SoC platforms.
• - Align cross-functional teams on architecture, emulation, validation, and system goals.
• - Manage internal and external partners’ deliverables, dependencies, and technical forums.
• - Represent the organization in forums with Silicon suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams.
• - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architecture leads, execution managers, and validation owners.
• - Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage execution.
