About The Position

In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex research and development programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams and business units. You will manage end-to-end program delivery, develop roadmaps, mitigate risks, and provide strategic guidance to achieve key objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6–7 years of experience in program or project management with a mix of software delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) certification or in-progress, and PMI/PMP certification or in-progress.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
  • Experience analyzing data, developing insights, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex programs, escalations, and risk mitigation in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional R+D programs spanning multiple products, business units, and Agile Release Trains.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, aligning scope, milestones, and timelines with stakeholders and release teams.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and initiate corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, and delivery teams to support incremental delivery and requirement management.
  • Facilitate adoption of software solutions by coordinating with implementations, migrations, and business teams.
  • Communicate program status, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support process improvements and optimize program management practices across the organization.
