About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure in the United States. This role oversees complex, high-impact technical programs across multiple teams, focusing on infrastructure and operations. You will manage large-scale projects including cloud and on-premises compute and storage systems, technology migrations, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The Senior Technical Program Manager ensures alignment between business and technical stakeholders, develops program plans, tracks metrics, and mitigates risks. This position requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can navigate cross-functional dependencies, drive decision-making, and continuously improve processes. You will collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to strengthen the technical foundation that supports critical organizational systems. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, technical program management, or platform/cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and large-scale technology migrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and change management.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP.
  • Experience with remote, globally distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, tools, and ways of working to scale development cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (ISO 27001, 9001, 42001) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs across infrastructure and operational systems.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, metrics, and risk management plans.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive successful execution of cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure projects, including migrations.
  • Support product lifecycle management from requirements gathering to deployment and deprecation.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote process improvements and scalable ways of working across teams.
