As a Senior Technical Program Manager for NVIDIA's DGX Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA's engineering teams. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud customers. This involves gathering requirements, driving prioritization, and managing schedules and planning throughout all phases of the product life cycle. You will be tasked with handling risks and resolving issues that may impact the scope, schedule, and quality of the programs, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. In this role, you will develop and lead milestones and schedules for the various components that need to come together seamlessly. You will also lead efforts to improve existing product development processes, collaborating closely with engineering management to enhance workflow and engineering efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to interact with diverse technical groups across all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and innovation. You will partner with the engineering team and product management to define and deliver project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones. Identifying and mitigating risks while resolving issues that affect all aspects of scope, schedule, and quality will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will develop and drive a communication strategy that provides cross-functional visibility on overall program progress and engineering delivery. By coordinating with cross-functional leads, you will drive organizational efficiency and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking opportunities for process enhancements.
