About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and talented technical program manager for NVIDIA's DGX Cloud. We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us deliver value to DGX Cloud customers. As a DGXC Cloud Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the vital bridge between NVIDIA's Researchers and DGX Cloud Engineering, driving the development of resilient, high-performance infrastructure for AI training and inference. You'll lead and scale a high-impact team that supports mission-critical systems empowering over 1,000 researchers. Your mission is to Increase NVIDIA Researchers' productivity by providing a world-class AI Research environment and setting industry standards on how to operate and provide such an environment & ensure our SW Stack across the company is getting better for the world.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Program Management experience driving the planning and execution of large programs, software engineering projects in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in successfully leading global projects across time zones.
  • Experience with Jira and/or AHA, to the point that you can comfortably guide an engineering team on how to use these tools and execute in an Agile/scrum manner.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus in making programs successful; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
  • Expert in Enterprise scale lean process development and in rolling out new efficiencies organization-wide.
  • Ability to drive cross org alignment across senior and executive leaders and possess excellent communications and technical presentation skills.
  • MS EE or CS degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills, with proven ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams and coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer or partner-facing role supporting GPU accelerated workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage milestones and schedules for Cluster bringups and many moving parts that need to come together.
  • Develop and drive a communication strategy that provides Cross functional and org visibility on overall Program progress and engineering delivery.
  • Offering end-to-end cross-functional management for Platform feature Roadmaps interacting with Internal customer teams to ensure responsiveness to critical priorities.
  • Executing and delivering complex AI/ML infrastructure programs at scale ideally in cloud, hyperscaler, or enterprise datacenter settings.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce GPU idle waste, and improve cluster utilization metrics.
  • Drive developer-centric programs and own the execution of key initiatives that accelerate internal developer velocity.
  • Influencing other internal NVIDIA teams by crafting an efficient/accountable development environment through process development and process improvement.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional leads and streamlining processes.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous improvement, finding opportunities for process enhancements.
