As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the DevOps team, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-platform initiatives that are essential to the success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main liaison among various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is kept informed about project progress and developments. You will be tasked with developing detailed project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocations. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities for enhancing processes within the DevOps and broader Engineering organizations, advocating for and implementing project management and DevOps best practices. In this position, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets are adhered to. You will collaborate closely with partners throughout the DevOps organization and the wider Engineering team, promoting a culture of openness and teamwork. Your leadership will encourage the sharing of knowledge and continuous professional development across teams, fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program management, particularly within a DevOps or software development context. You will be expected to manage large-scale, multifaceted projects that involve numerous stakeholders, particularly in the online service space. Your expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Technologies (AWS), Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps practices will be crucial to your success in this role.
