As a member of the R&D team, reporting to the Director of Product Management for our API business unit, the Technical Program Manager, Carrier Integrations is critical in driving the success of these efforts. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects that ensure the timely delivery of high-quality integrations and will be instrumental in helping Shippo streamline its process for onboarding and upgrading our carrier integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of product management, engineering, business operations, and carriers.
